Toujours ensemble is a registered charity and non-profit organization overseen by a Board of Directors, consisting of 11 appointed representatives. All financial decisions must be approved by the Board. The day to day operations of the organization are managed by a staff of full and part-time employees, overseen by the President and Executive Director. Toujours ensemble is also supported by an Advisory Board, for counsel on particular matters which may fall into their fields of expertise, as well as two committees. Ever year, the President and Executive Director publishes a report on the activities of the organization, accessible to all interested parties.
